Uncle Bear's Tap & Grill and Chihuly in the Desert

Dancing GyPsies Visit to Chihuly in the Desert with dinner preceding at Uncle Bear's Tap & Grill on Greenfield with lots of Mesa Dancers!

After a wonderful morning session where we did a full teach on Steve Gibson's new lovely Ph 5+0+1 Foxtrot, "A Quiet Night In", we met at 3pm at the restaurant & all sat outside.  It was a beautiful day (a little chilly for some - only 70*!!!).  Most of us were on the road about 4pm to head to the Phoenix Botanical Gardens to enjoy the regular gardens with a special Chihuly exhibit.  We had 40 dancers at the Gardens with us & there were more that just joined us at the restaurant.  This was our first big social event since before Covid.  It was a wonderful day!  We had timed it so that we had time to wander the entire park in daylight (all the side trails closed at 6:30pm) and then go back around the main loop to see the Chihuly Exhibits lit up after the sun went down.  Here are my pictures!
